When a Facebook Rant is the RIGHT Move…In Marketing
If you haven’t noticed yet, I like talking about #DoGoodWork. Well, it doesn’t just stop with advertising. It’s so much more.
Here’s a great example of a guy who prides himself on doing great work and, in the face of a customer that was more interested in hurting his reputation than in solving her problem, was willing to step out, go against the grain and do something most people would never do as COO of a company.
Below is a screenshot of the Facebook post that has since gone viral.
Props go out to Ryan Clark of Liberty BottleWorks for writing such a well said post and putting the truth out there in a way that not only mentions that his company has family values, more than just retail values, and for suggesting that the customer practice the Holiday Spirit like she says Liberty should be.
